What we can do for you

We provide a combination of business coaching, practical advice based on our experiences or based on work we have done for other customers and a range of useful tools and questionnaires to help you thrash out your ideas and pull them together again in a format that fits.

The first consultation - usually 30 minutes - is free, and thereafter, we charge £50 + VAT per hour for highly-focused business sessions.

Depending on the needs that arise during the consultation, we either recommend a second, more focused session of 30 minutes to 90 minutes and supply you with tools and questionnaires to complete prior to the session so that we can use the time as effectively as possible.

Alternatively, we can put together a series of 4 sessions to take you from that "I have an idea phase" to the "I have a plan and have started taking action" phase.

How this helps you and your business

These sessions help to create or clarify your objectives and create a plan of action to help you achieve your objectives.  Depending on your needs, they can be very practical and may result in tangible outcomes like a marketing plan, a business plan or a design brief.
