We offer business advice and coaching via the phone. This means that you have immediate access to
us when you need help, without waiting for us to find a slot in our diary for
us to travel to you. This also keeps
your costs down - instead of paying for travel time, travel expenses and the
session, you simply pay for the time you use and the telephone call (normal BT
line - none of these high-price things!).
Developing brands, websites and promotional material
We make it simple for you to work with us when we develop
your brand, website or promotional material.
Not only do we create a clear plan at the start of every project, but we
also invite your input at every stage of development to ensure that we stay on
track!
The start of the process is the initial conversation where
we discuss your needs and objectives.
During this conversation, we ascertain whether we can help you and if
so, the best way to do so. If we can't
help you, we'll tell you upfront and if possible, recommend someone who might
be able to help. If we can help you, we
use this information to prepare a brief for the work.
Based on the brief, we then put together a proposal that
outlines our recommended solution as well as costs, timescales, risks and
optional ideas.
If you like our proposal and want to go ahead with the work
we ask you agree to our terms of service and pay for any upfront costs agreed
in the proposal.
As soon as all the (boring but important) administrative
stuff is out of the way, we put our heads together and crack on with getting
the job done.
During the development of the brand, website or promotional
material we check our ideas with you and have formal approval points where we
ask you to sign off completed work.
Once work is complete, we ask for your final approval for
all deliverables. If you like what
we've done, we invoice you for any outstanding amount(s) and are ready to go
live!
